Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for orders placed on Sapieno Enterprise. We aim to keep the process simple, transparent, and quick.

1) Order cancellation

  • - You may request cancellation as long as the order has not been shipped/processed for dispatch.
  • - If cancellation is not possible (already shipped), you may still request a return as per eligibility.

2) Returns and eligibility

  • - Items must be unused, unopened (where applicable), and in original packaging.
  • - For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be eligible for return once opened.
  • - If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support immediately with photos.

3) Refund timelines

  • - After cancellation approval, refunds for online payments are initiated to the original payment method.
  • - Bank/payment provider processing time may vary.
  • - COD refunds may require additional details (e.g., bank account/UPI) depending on the case.

4) Shipping fees

If shipping charges apply in a specific case, they may be non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong/damaged item delivered by us.
